At First Sight

Awaken
A lover’s sigh now
On your lips

At first sight
An angel’s wings spread
Bringing light

Hold your breath
For fear these moments
Pass too soon

The sunlight
Is eclipsed now by
Pale, bright moon

Beautiful poem! I just love your first stanza; the word awaken is so magically commanding as if asking someone to awaken to all of the love in the universe, right now. 🙂
