This Charming Man

This charming man
Means you harm
This charming man
Is nought but charm
I do not wish
To cause alarm
But for his sickness
There’s no balm

This charming man
Takes brides to death
His secrets hidden
On his breath
And all who follow
Are then bereft
The ones he’s loved
The ones he’s left
