Sickness.

Toothache calls/
Dentist phone number/on the wall

Sickness chills/
Toilet bowl haven/of the ill

Feel it snap/
Broken bone now that/won’t set back

Tympani
Of the heart’s true anx/iety

  1. ‘Feel it snap’ reminds me of when I had wisdom teeth removed. Still get shivers about that.

    I can handle many pains. But the one that is the absolute worst is toothache pain. Oh my – I find I want to be shot dead!
