Glove

I am wrapped in your warmth
I burn within your smile
In your eyes such regard
Let me rest here awhile

I have travelled so far
To be docked at your shore
To find simplicity’s jewels
And such paths to explore

And were you here waiting
So wise and so calm
Till I made my way to you
To be soothed by your balm?

I am wrapped in your purity
I am saved by such love
Found the perfect companion
That will fit like a glove.
