Unconnected Haiku

Wrapped up in this warmth
created; autumn leapfrogs
summer’s true decline

Shadow puppets sway
Children’s faces pressed against
Store windows at night

Lovers’ fingers can’t
touch; no passion can be found
here between their graves

Supernatural
foe barred; circle symbols hold
demon world in thrall

Wow brilliant flashes of light!!! Whoa!!! I love this one, it’s nice to see each haiku separated. Very pleasing to my eye. 🙂

    I really like these!
Always had a strange place in my heart for spouses’ graves … so close, but so far … very strange. But such is life.
    Great work!
