Scorpio

I am Scorpio
This constellation
Stings within
The tails of shooting stars
Four parts scorpion
Hidden human
Venus square
To the hubris of Mars

I am Scorpio
Bride of twilight
Delighting in
Our lost mythology
Psychic sister
To this master
Just an errant
Waiting prodigy

I am Scorpio
I am that sense of things
I would fly
If I had found some wings
And of this life
And all its foolish things
My heaven sings

  1. Love the description of Scorpio…really love it 🙂 I’m not Scorpio but my Venus is and my Sun is in the 8th cusp, thus a lot of Scorpio traits!

  2. I am Scorpio and I scare the daylights out of everyone.

On the day Saturn was only a couple of hours away from finally leaving Scorpio, a Scorpio moon, Merc retch, and when I put on the left gardening glove to do some work, I felt a sharp sting on my small, [Mercury] finger. Thinking it was perhaps a spider, I shook out the glove and out tumbled a very angry, tiny 1 cm long baby scorpion. My finger ached all day.
