Scarlet

She stood alone
In scarlet
Defiant against
The palest moon

Her dress was satin
Pure scarlet
Broken promises made
Too soon

Her life force shining
As scarlet
On barren plains
Seeking life

She stood alone
In scarlet
And to no man was
The faithful wife

another way to work that is the scarlet cord (of Rehab) that becomes the way the woman enables what God is doing…
