Waiting

The Guardian Angel

Wait for me one more night
Seek me out now in my flight
I am burning, burning bright
Wait for me one more night

Seek for me one more day
Find me waiting anyway
Listen to these words I say
Seek for me one more day

See me in the raven’s flight
Stars above so shining bright
In a child’s complete delight
See me in the raven’s flight

Find me in your inner heart
Where I’m waiting from the start
Where my arrow left its dart
Find me in your inner heart

Take a moment’s peace from me
Wing in flight so perfect, free
Find the lock and turn the key
Take a moment’s peace from me

I am waiting , as you’ll find
When the others fall behind
I am patient, I am kind
I am waiting, as you’ll find
