I am you and you are me
Cloned with her in harmony
Next step in humanity
One and one and one makes three

You are me and I am you
DNA competing through
Dictates all we feel and do
One is gone and that leaves two

She was us and we were she
Forsaking all our dignity
Two must go for one to be
One is all that’s left of three

This was my cruel remedy
Fashioned from necessity
I care not if you will agree
There must be one
That one is me

Many want to stay and win the race… relations do not matter at such times, even if they have the same DNA. Ha! πŸ™‚
    Well-written!
