Secret Smile

My secret smile
flowers in silence
No-one can see

My secret smile
lasts but a moment’s
brevity

My secret smile
tells of such truths
the world can’t know

My secret smile
belongs only to me
and I will not show

A secret smile must be secretive… for its wonder lie in its secretiveness.
Now before I overindulge in the usage of the word secret, I must say that it was a quick and a good read. 🙂

Very lovely Helen. I smiled when I read it, thinking of those secret smiles and what mine mean to me. 🙂
