I am a slave to serendipity
Just a creature who lives by chance
Whatever fate will do to me
Whatever may be in its plans
I admit that I am choice averse
I prefer to seek for signs
And it’s not that I’m perverse
Or that I am just resigned
No instead let me be willing
Let my mind so open be
That I still find it quite thrilling
To find serendipity

I hope you share some serendipity with me! 🙂
Happy to share as much as you would like – it’s a fabulous word/concept!! 🙂 🙂
You have a generous soul. I like that about you. 🙂
Wow, that is so kind, and as they say in the classics…ditto, right back at you my friend!! 🙂 🙂
It sounds like you are more of an indentured servant than a slave 😉 hehehe
LOL, probably very true!! 🙂 🙂
That has always been my all-time favorite word. It is my e-mail address and everything. I love the word, the movie, the meaning behind the word, and this poem! 🙂
Thanks so much – serendipity is cool! And yes, love the movie, though I pretty much love anything with John Cusack in it!! 🙂 🙂
Oh, we truly are kindred spirits…swoon swoon!!
So true!! 🙂 🙂
Your poems always have such a great flow to them 🙂
Thank you so much!! 🙂 🙂
