Freefall

Freefall
Vertigo has caught me
rushing down
to fast approaching ground
Thoughts splinter
beating with my heart
Bones breaking
tearing me apart

Freefall
Time released me
Something forgotten
lost for all time
Sweet oblivion
give me your embrace
Final death
let me see your face

Freefall
I am no angel
Broken wings
beat lost and long
In this final
immolation
find the peace
of last sensation

Very nice, I like this one a lot! Captures the essence of emotions running through your head when in a freefall – be it symbolic or actually!
